Though a part of New York City's boroughs, Brooklyn maintains a character of its own. Brooklyn is characterized by cultural diversity, an independent art scene, distinct neighborhoods, and a unique architectural heritage.

766 Lafayette is the newest boutique rental building in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The interior layouts range from 1 bedrooms to 2 bedroom duplexes. All residences are well appointed with brand new stainless steel appliances, stone counters in the kitchen, modern bathrooms, and sleek finishes with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The building features a video intercom in every unit, a common rooftop deck, laundry in the building, bike rack and private storage units.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

An urban center in one building. The six-story building, including a commercial ground floor, 12 housing units divided over 4 floors, plus 2 duplexes, sits in a developing center in Brooklyn NYC at the intersection of Lafayette Ave and Throop Street. The entire design was inspired by the building's location at the corner of the intersection, and it was amplified by the energies that flow from the street into the residential and business spaces through a unique window composition.
