In this project, I participated in a design competition for the development of North Herzliya. The vision behind the planning is based on urban principles that prioritize walkability, connectivity, and mixed-use environments. The design aims to create a dynamic urban fabric where residential, commercial, and public spaces seamlessly intertwine, fostering a vibrant and accessible community.
The focus was on creating a pedestrian-friendly environment, with well-connected pathways and green spaces that encourage movement and interaction. The concept emphasizes the importance of integrating diverse functions within the same urban context, providing both convenience and flexibility for the residents and visitors. This approach not only supports a sustainable urban lifestyle but also enriches the social and cultural fabric of the area, making it a desirable and functional space for all.
