This is an urban renewal project that includes the demolition of 6 existing buildings and in their place the construction of 6 twenty-two-story towers on top of a commercial basement floor. A total of 750 housing units will be built for the city's residents. The towers are side by side and combine public buildings and a commercial floor facing the street.
