Between the expansive gardens and winding alleyways in the beautiful neighborhood of Neve Tzedek, one of Tel Aviv's districts, we have designed a residential building located at 10 Yehuda Ha'Levi Street. Many buildings in Neve Tzedek were placed on preservation lists, and new breath of life came into the area as restoration works began in the 1980’s. The result has turned the area into an oasis of tranquility in the bustling city as well as a real estate and cultural hotspot.
We design the exterior of the building as well as the interior apartments - there are eight different apartment layouts and the building has eight floors giving this building a total of twenty-four residential living spaces, as well as a public entertainment area on the rooftop of the building for the residents. The building is also under the TAMA 38, Israel’s urban renewal outline plan designed to encourage tenants to strengthen their buildings’ structures.
